Do sims lose weight from yoga?
My sim has been gaining a few pounds and I was wondering, will they lose weight from yoga? And will the fitness skill go up from it?

They will lose weight, but from my experience they'll also gain A LOT of muscle... Which I don't personally like. I mean, fit is one thing, but my Sims end up looking like bodybuilders and it's weird :/
