Do the flower arrangements have different effects?

not sure about the regular arrangement but at higher levels you can scent the arrangement. on the live stream they scented it with begonia i believe and that scent cursed the sim it was gifted to

If you scent with death flower it will age up the recipient sim and if that sim is an elder it will kill them.

ah yes i forgot they mentioned that one to on the stream
