We can only hope they'll improve in the next few years to come, but I have my doubts. Let's wait and see.
Ok, but how do we know that they are not working on some or all of this stuff and it is just taking a while to implement? I am not talking about you specifically, because this is a common complaint/comment, but just because they haven't added something to the game you asked for, it does not mean they didn't hear you. It may very well not be possible at this point, not possible at all or requiring more resources than are currently available.
