Do Vampires Visit Other Neighborhoods Autonomously?

I will delete Vlad then. A few people on Tumblr did say there sims were turned, but maybe they were wrong. I know people keep saying if you didn't want vampires then don't by the pack. Well some of us wanted vampires, just on our terms. B)
