Do we have toddler strollers yet? Taking toddlers to the Festivals and bathrooms too

I was wondering if you can get the toddlers out of the apartments and down to the Festivals in some kind of stroller? I know we had them in Sims 3. With all that activity going on out there in the ...

No strollers. What I do is if there is a toddler I bring to a festival or community lot, I will go into build mode, and place a potty, and other toddler-friendly items for their conveniences. If it gets to still be too much for them, I just send them off to daycare.
