Do we have toddler strollers yet? Taking toddlers to the Festivals and bathrooms too

I'm probably a terrible parent but at festivals I just let the toddlers wander about & change nappies or get them to eat random food lying about if they start going towards red, I don't take them to festivals until they can feed themselves. Haven't thought of taken them to restaurants or cafes yet, but that's a great tip with placing a high chair & also editing parks. Thanks.
