Do you align your holidays with real life or have them in a short cycle/do what you want?

I don't really bother with the holiday system until it involves my mains saves where I've painstakingly recreated all the custom holidays I wanted with a 28-day year. I don't also play 'seasonally' depending upon what the current season it is in RL; I'm far too impatient for that.
