Do you always go for to "Top Notch Infant" and "Happy Toddler" traits?

I do, but it's so much work.

My toddlers all earn the Happy Toddler and Top Notch Toddler traits. I still haven't played with infants yet. That's on hold until my current couple ties the knot.
