iam the same even though i've been playing the sims since the sims 2 era iam really bad at building and decorating so i usually just download other peoples lots, i usually dont do basements however awhile back i redid the villareal house (whatever its called) and the sims i have living there are currently health freaks and i didnt have any room for a gym so i made them a basement to workout in (iam not sure how to post screenshots here so i will just post an imgur link if iam allowed)

I recall pulling all my hair out when trying to make a garage match the main house level and connect those levels, or whatever I tried. Adjusting the underground including an entrance was never completed, but I think this was before the latest landscaping tools, so I might give it another go. I like RL country side houses with a door into their basement - just like my vacation home :)
- SEREFRASSeasoned VeteranI do have a Skywalker’s Desert Home & an underground Bunker Dome home that are technically “walkout basements”.?

It can be a real challenge. - VenusARussellSeasoned NewcomerWell if your house is on a tall enough slope (works best on a large lot and raise the terrain) The lower half of your house is covered with raised terrain in the front. If you want to see any example of what I'm talking about check out my most recent build on the gallery.
