I have mine eat ‘breakfast’ foods in the morning and other meals in the evening.
I also try to set myself a rule that they can only make meals including fresh ingredients IF they have the fresh ingredients.
Guess that makes me super picky.
When and only when I notice a Sim is getting ‘chubby’ do I put them on a ‘diet’ ;)
