Do you give other sim households careers? Should I?

I sure do. When I start a game in a new world there's a few I set up in careers. I'll usually put Zoe in the social media career so I don't see her working as a vendor. I put Eva in the style influencer career and make Markus a cop so if I happen to have a sim join Partihaus they'll actually show up.
