It’s not my main household but yes, I moved in a lesbian couple nextdoor into my sims apartment and they had a son together. When he grew up I played as them and he became pro athlete. I’m sure he made his moms proud

My Sims are almost all male couples with biological kids. I love this feature (though I found the hospital manufacturing in TS3 ITF even better - hope they bring this back).

No, I prefer to have them adopt, or use the wishing well. I would never have much of a reason to use either of those features otherwise

Some have biological children and some adopt. I try to balance it out among all my families.

In my main save one of my Sims, Selena O'Dourke married her longtime girlfriend, Michaela Munch, at the Romance Festival. She's technically bisexual -- she had a fling with Father Winter that produced twin boys, Nicky and Kris. They're all living with Selena's parents, Liam and Cali, since Selena is the heir for my collection project (trying to finish as many collections as I can with this family). I'll probably go traditional though and have them adopt later following family tradition (her parents adopted a couple of boys after having her).

Not recently, but I have had several kids from Caleb Vatore and Don Lothario (my main couple/favored household) - they both did pregnancies and it was good fun as well as interesting. Of course, like most other Sims 4 kids, theirs also needed plastic surgery in CAS when they became teenagers. I like the way these two Sims' genes mix.

I have a main married gay couple, one of them got abducted and impregnated and now they have a daughter!

A bit unrelated but I have a question about the alien baby stuff, so this is the first time a sim of mine have gotten abducted and impregnated and I noticed that the other husband didn't have the role "Father/Dad/Stepdad" to the baby in the realationship menu. Is this a bug or is it supposed to be like that beacuse he isn't biogically realated to the baby? In the family tree it says he is her stepdad though.

Brent/Brant created a rather good looking son in one of my saves. That was just playing with genetics in CAS though.

Yes, frequently. Before the gender patch I used a mod. Oddly most of my adoptions are to opposite gender couples.

No, it's not a bug. The other father is not biologically related to the alien baby. When the male sim is abducted, the alien that abducted him is the other biological parent.

Depends on the dice...I roll to see if a sim that I control is capable of having children or getting someone preggers. I roll with a penalty for males to have a baby that way and for females to be able to knock someone up. It works for me and there's always the chance that a couple can't have kids at all for drama. Currently Alexander and Nicolas adopted but Alexander is named for his Grandfather who had him biologically with his husband Alden (Alexander was the parent who gave birth).

I really like the genetics aspect of The Sims since TS2 so yeah, I'd prefer giving a bological child to ANY of my Sims. :)

I mean, they live in a world where it's possible, so why not...

My legacy family from sims 3 were lesbians who adopted three children. The main sim was Chizu Minako. She married the police woman from town. I’ve been considering remaking them in sims 4, but I have a problem. Their house was huge. I’d need at least a 60x60 lot to build on and all I have is base game and vampires pack.

Mine are mostly male couples and I like the genetics, so yes. Some have asked how. In CAS there is an option to allow you to choose if a particular sim can get pregnant. Select that and it works like another pregnancy, Try For Baby.

I don't usually have couples but I do use the genetic settings pretty often. Really happy they are in the game for various reasons. Recently used it to find out just what makes Father Winters babies so special.. and since I was playing a male scientist sim he decided to experiment.
