I use a mod to get rid of the blur.

Currently on, but I had them off for a while. I wanted to compare my screen shots to see which I liked better. Sometimes I like it, sometimes I don't. I think that Sims stand out more with it on, but if I want the background in the shot too, it's better off.

I prefer the clear background so I have it turned on always.

On, but I honestly don't notice much of a difference between on and off. Its not like some FPS's where the motion blur is so excessive it give me motion sickness.

I have it on I feel like it gives some ambiance which I quite likethen again I am little unsure on amount of blur needed in some cases

On and I love DOF because I'm a photographer in real life and it looks more natural.

I use custom GraphicsRules file, what removes the blur :)

I keep it off because I don't particularly like the blur.

Disabled for general gameplay and taking screenshots from a long distance. Enabled for taking close-range screenshots, because the blur at least replicates camera focus for these types of screenshots and helps a little with masking picture artifacts.

I just turn it off and play a bit, and it make viewing the neighborhood after zooming out so much easier. And my computer also become quieter. I don't know why I haven't think of this.
