I use a mod to get rid of the blur.

Currently on, but I had them off for a while. I wanted to compare my screen shots to see which I liked better. Sometimes I like it, sometimes I don't. I think that Sims stand out more with it on, but if I want the background in the shot too, it's better off.

I prefer the clear background so I have it turned on always.

On, but I honestly don't notice much of a difference between on and off. Its not like some FPS's where the motion blur is so excessive it give me motion sickness.

I have it on I feel like it gives some ambiance which I quite likethen again I am little unsure on amount of blur needed in some cases

Most of the time I have it on. Sometimes I turn it off. It depends on what effect I want for a specific screenshot.

It's set to "on" by default in my game. Not sure if that's due to my graphics card and its capabilities that were detected or what, but I've never had any need to experiment with it.

It is about the far distance background , it is either blurry or sharp :)
