Anyone else having issues with their restaurants?

I have been having tons of issues with my restaurants. I have some sims that are able to order and receive their meals no problem, then others will never have their order taken, even when using the MC control cheat to manually have their order taken. 

I’ve tried rearranging the tables in multiple positions, far apart from each other, and any configuration imaginable. I’ve made my restaurant larger, moved doorways to make pathways to tables more accessible, still having issues with some (not all) tables being able to receive their orders. 

Any tips? I do have CC but I’ve repaired the game, updated necessary CC. Running out of ideas and this community is always so helpful.
