I just typed the new cheat to unlock items and it crashed my game. Twice.
According to Answer HQ this could be an issue on MacOS. - alanmichael1Seasoned HotshotIt's great for rainy worlds and supernatural Sims in cozy witch houses. The perfect addition for Realm of Magic.
- davina1221New SpectatorUnfortunately, not long after I bought it, I had to leave home. But, I did get to start my craft room. The items are pretty. So far, things I have clicked on have several color variations. Did notice you have to join the small part of the LG desk to the larger section to get it to snap together. Really happy with buy. I do wish you could pull chairs up to the hutch/desk/ craft standing desks. Would've been a nice touch to put yarn balls on the rolling cart and select the color you want. Not much to click/interact with other than chair and putting stuff on desks/shelves, but really happy with being able to put stuff on them. Note, I haven't made it to interactive toys ECT yet. Had to leave right after my sim sat down to knit. Didn't get a chance to veiw clothes, plopsy, but even just looking at buy, I'm happy I got it. IRL, I love scrapbooking, some crafts, beading, and other creative stuff, so making my own craft room was a treat, although I haven't placed any plant hangers yet. I just wish we had gotten the door with paper rolls on it. Plus, for granny chic lovers, there's a premade room. Haven't even gotten to the good stuff yet and I am already happy with it.
- I would love to buy it, It is just that the game has so many EL bugs that I do not want to update it. I have mods that fixes the bugs and I am in fear that I might loose them when I updated. I probably going to wait for the next game pack

I am just starting fun with new pack and its nice activity for a sim in my opinion.
BUT there is a tiny problem that is annoying me... SIMS CANT TALK TO OTHERS WHILE KNITTING!!!! WHY? :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(
That’s odd, my Sim kept talking to her son and boyfriend the entire time she was knitting a hat. To be fair I think they were already in the conversation when she started to knit. "alanmichael1;c-17591375" wrote:

My first thought when i saw the rocking chair was to use it in my witch's home.- AaronRulz78Seasoned Newcomerit's a very niche pack...similar to Bowling Night. You use it once or a couple of times but I can be sure that not every save I have in the future someone will be knitting (or bowling). However something like Laundry Day I use in EVERY SINGLE SAVE. I like that my sims have laundry and it's realistic. So it depends on how much use you think you will get out of it. I buy all the packs even if I don't like gameplay (like Vampires) because I just want more Build/Buy and CAS items.
- NetzspannungSeasoned NewcomerI like it fine so far. I started the knitting skill with a seriously overpowered Sim (Happy toddler trait and 2 completed childhood aspirations) on New Skill Day while focussed and got to Level 5 in one day, so this Sim can already knit a lot of stuff. I am not going to knit with every Sim, but I like the new items. And Plopsy is pretty cool. I only checked it once, but you can purchase many items and that is very useful to me. I don't want all my Sims to learn the Herbalism or Knitting skill or be a Spellcaster, so having a marketplace for that is a very neat addition. I don't think it is a must-have pack though. Perhaps wait for a bundle or a sale if you are not sure.
- I'm taking it slow. Playing a single sim household right now and it can get pretty boring watching your sim knit if you don't have other household members to interact with. So right now she's only knitting a couple of game hours at a time while still working on her fabrication and candlemaking skills and raising her bugs. And selling her stuff on Plopsy. :p Once she levels up and completes the aspiration I'll probably move her daughters in (they're currently living with their dad) and have her teach them to knit.
- I liked it more than I thought I would. I more so got it because of all the extra gameplay elements and for "playing together with" a friend, I find knitting as a theme as drab as bowling, but when I started playing around I found it spicing up several of my regular households and their stories.
I really did not believe it as a true enhancer for the elder life stage until I had two elder rivals competing to knit the best goods for their families. It fits them perfectly as the neighboring strict grandmothers. I also play a family where Vlad raises five daughters and him knitting clothes for them is absolutely hilarious in my opinion.
