do you make a partner for your sim or find NPC?

I maybe should have mentioned that even though I say I play a legacy, I just make up my own rules. I don't follow any of the ones online o:)
the "dice" has decided my sim is having 7 kids, so far 3 down :D So far she's also having alot of different fathers for the babies :D because why not?
