do you make a partner for your sim or find NPC?

Depends. I usually try and find a nice NPC to settle down with. But if I can't find anyone I like I either make a partner or use one from the gallery :D My newest generation is dating the Maxis made guy from one of the Cats & Dogs trailers, Sebastian Santos.
