Do you multitask(in RL) while Simming and will you do it with Sims 4 also?

Do you guys Multitask while playing the Sims? Or do you put your full attention to the Sims game? Multitask meaning: While playing the Sims, you check and write emails, listento music with ipod/ip...

At first I try not to multitask and just have fun discovering new game. After a while I'm always multitasking ;)

While playing TS I'm:
eating,
knitting,
breastfeeding my son (when he was a bit younger)
playing with my son,
making diner,

Sometimes more than one thing at a time ;) But I usually have 1-3h a week for TS and it's only when I'm multitasking ;)
