My attention span is pretty short (and getting shorter as I get older...I swear...lol), so, yeah, I multitask almost every time I play, typically by watching TV, sometimes cleaning, doing laundry, eating etc...Though I get far less from the game when I do lol.
when TS4 comes out I will probably play it by itself w/ no multitasking at first, but then I will likely start again. Chances are the game will be a bit boring until some EPs come out. I remember being quite bored w/ TS3 at first, (after the novelty of the open world wore off) but now I can play it for hours.
