Do you rename Sims? Particularly non-played Sims?
Do you ever need to give a Sim a different name?

Everytime a new pack comes out, I start a new save file. I edit, delete, rename, add new sims, change all the lots. Some of them I’ll build myself and most of them I get from the gallery. It really makes for a fresh experience every time. I’ll even create new social clubs from get together, so I have sims gathering while my main sim is out and about. It’s a whole process, but I really enjoy doing it.
