Do you suppose your sim could become the 'fourth' sage, of Alchemy?

My thought is that the sages are the ones you can seek out to become a spellcaster when you first load the save, but that if you're a high level spellcaster you might be able to learn a spell or make a potion that will allow you to create spellcasters, sot of like you can choose the ability to turn Sims into vampires if you choose that particular ability.
