Do you suppose your sim could become the 'fourth' sage, of Alchemy?

I'm assuming:

Anansi (forgot her first name): practical (though with a surname like that mischief might have been more apropos)
Aine: mischief
Cade (was that the name? Trailer sim): uncontrolled

But that leaves the fourth field of magic, alchemy, sageless. It'd be a really nice touch if, if you maxed the skill, you got the option to make a super difficult potion (immortality maybe?) and as a result/reward you got named as the fourth sage.

  • I am not sure they would re-spawn or not if deleted; but they should. I had Vlad die once and nobody took his place; but this situation is different as Vlad was just a guide; but Lilith and Celab can still turn our sims into Vampires without Vlad; but each Sage seems different though.

I was told if you get rid of some sims like Baby Ariel, some sim takes their place, so it would probably be something like that.
  • My thought is that the sages are the ones you can seek out to become a spellcaster when you first load the save, but that if you're a high level spellcaster you might be able to learn a spell or make a potion that will allow you to create spellcasters, sot of like you can choose the ability to turn Sims into vampires if you choose that particular ability.

There are only 3 and deleting them might break game and they won't respawn randoms. Also Grace is just a premade not a sage. Also everyone calling 'Newt" Cade insist Pauline is Grace's name so I can't accept Cade as the blonde guy's name.

The sages are for practical, mischief and untamed. I read this in one of the many tweets.
Sims community has it in their summary as well.

Are you sure they don't respawn? That would be crazy. Even the completely unnecessary baby ariel respawns, well at least a sim with her irritating immortal trait. So it feels strange to not respawn sims that are needed. What if they die, old age or otherwise, they need to be replaced if the game is really broken without them.

I feel like If your replace the Sages with your own sims in their place they won't respawn.

Well I don't think you can become a sage least not mechanically if you can just the highest rank. Also I suppose they could be replaced shrug never messed with npcs (I did accidently delete the 'star' of GF)

I mess with NPCs all the time. I deleted Vlad and Installed my own Vampire as a Grandmaster, just incase if there were a Break in it would be a Vampire I wouldn't mind have breaking in and having his way with my Sims. :p
    He never broke in...

Unless they Make the Sages like Father Christmas, or The Grim Reaper, which I highly doubt. The Realm of Magic should be able to function fine with or without them, they have no real reason to respawn.
