Do you think spell casters can duel vampires?

I do not think this will be an option in an unmodded game. I'm 99% positive a modder will figure out how to allow it, though!

With the current dev team - no way in hell.

I'd like for it to be possible but TS4 has never been great at compatibility inter packs. Not even average at it.

I don't think they will be able to duel in the sense how vampires duel other vampires and witches will duel other witches, but if you ever have a vampire fight a normal Sim it doesn't use the dueling animations, but it does use the particle effects that would normally be used during a duel and if the vampire wins they will levitate the enemy off the ground and then drop them.

I think this will be the same for witches, I think they will use her magic in fights, and in that regard I think if a witch and a vampire fight then it would show both particles.

right, I think it would use both particle effects in a Vampire vs Spellcaster fight.

If the Spellcaster emerges victorious, maybe it'll play an animation like, a wand to the neck or something magical to signify the Spellcaster made their point. or the part of the trailer @ 0:56 could be a nice animation to show they've won. using telekinesis and send them flying like a rag doll.

and if the Vampire wins, the vampire takes them up, by the neck and drops them to the ground.

But I hope they give us the Sunlight Charm and the Thirst Curse like witches had in TS3 Supernatural.
TS4 vampires would be very sorry they dropped by for an uninvited night visit on any of my witches, especially if the combo is deadly like it was in TS3.

I doubt it. It would require a lot of new animations. But I hope for spells that are especially effective against vampires.
