It feels like they design a lot in the game for shorter play sessions so I don't think they would add items that would take a long time to buy, even if it is pretty easy to earn money in the game.
They probably should though, it would give us more reasons to earn a lot of money in the game except building and buying large houses, things like cars, stock trading and investments and yachts.
I would love a deeper investment system that gave us unique rotational (seasonal) rewards or maybe access to new traits or even npcs in game.
For instance, I was playing Strangerville on my 1st playthrough since release this week and they have Rico who gave me 5k after I said I was the wrong person, who was the intended recipient.
He later showed up at my house looking for the money, which I thought was VERY realistic and cool. But I made him a friend and he didn't do jack.
There could be plot twists and crime implemented in the game to make money making more intriguing for sure. Cmon devs I hope you're reading ?. - bruceleroy984 years agoNew Ace

I really dislike getting free clothes.
How sims manage their money should be considered part of their personality.
I would like to have some sims that spend an exorbitant amount of money on their wardrobe.
We should also have a pack full of prime items that look fantastic, perform fantastic, and let sims do things they otherwise could not do.
And it should be as expensive as heck. Yes, a Livin' Large pack.
Agreed. Packs that include new usable features are always welcome. - I agree more reason to work

New banking system with loans
House Builder career
teller, loan officer, and bank president
A casino can help build or take away funds.
ability to own more than one home
boathouses
boats
yachts
campers & mobile homes
cars, motorcycles, 4 wheelers, sidexsides, vans, antique cars, ect.
tractors and farm equipment
own rental properties/hotels/apartments, resorts as in the Sims3-this allows you to spend money because you have to invest in it and build it up
I don't agree about money like some. I do find it a task to gain money and usually cheat by sending my sims to fish for those expensive gold plates and frogs in Jungle Adventure along with collecting, gardening, and harvesting.
Thing is, once you do that, you deck your house out and then there's nothing to spend on but vacations or early retirement. Adding the ability to
own more businesses, have more transportation items like boats, yachts, campers, vehicles, pleasure vehicles, more businesses, and more than one piece of land would put an end to that. You could own a vacation home, resort, and businesses in Sims3. Also, if Sims4 hadn't been made less than Sims3, then Sims could've had businesses to go to like the theater, spas, ect. where they would've had to pay to get in and things we've never got like a zoo, petting zoo, Underwater adventure/sea world type of place, and a real fair where you use the ticket system from the Sims3 and you have to pay for any food while you are there and any souvenirs. Cotton candy, to play dart balloons, or ducky pick up for the toddlers ect.
The Sims 3 sounds fun lol. I can't get dlc on consoles. Is it worth buying without them? Lol
Back to the topic at hand..what I do is I have a lot with a safe and I make the lot public. I then find every lottery winner NPC and play them and make them deposit all of their funds into the safe, which serves as a community bank.
New sims that I create that don't have enough funds to move can just run by the bank to get their desired amount. This way I don't use cheats to kill my trophies.
But I would like a zoo to visit and a movie theater. - bruceleroy984 years agoNew AceA casino would be cool.
