Depends on the packs and the dynamic of the household/houses. For instance the households and homes that include the younger generations got a great update from both the CAS and furniture stuff from the the Toddler Stuff and the Kids Room Stuff packs and not to mention when I got the Parenthood Game pack.
Some backyards and porches got a nice overhaul from the packs that has garden and porch items. I did a huge update on the Willow Creek Park using items from almost all the packs last summer. The bars that existed before Get Together have been updated with bar items from that pack. No Gym is complete without at least one Yoga Studio with instructor and almost all houshold gyms have at least one yoga mat.
