The two biggest things are the new world, Windenburg, and the club system. Honestly I paid no attention to the club system for months but once I tried it I realized how useful it could be - you don't HAVE to just have, say, a "reading club" that meets and reads. You can do all kinds of things with it. There are also new venues like the nightclub and the cafe.
