Yes, all my married sims get rings on the traditional finger (unless I forget, which sometimes happens). For the women, the ring varies according to their financial situation. Usually for the men, due to less choices, I just give them all the same ring, but the poorer husbands get it in silver, while the ones with some money get it in gold.
