I made it! Well my Sim did. Figured she works long and hard enough to enjoy a day at the beach with her BF. Just wish they could actually swim together (bareback of course, which is how I did most of my riding.)
Come in The waters fine. Honest!
@PugLove888 the ability to travel to other worlds is one of my favorite features.
I remember in Sims 3 trying to fit all my community lots in one world. Trying to hide some of those huge shells in the basement. And I preferred playing smaller worlds so it was a nightmare.
@Bluegayle lovely pics. 😊

@simgirl1010 the ability to easily travel to other worlds is really freeing! 🥳 That must have been so frustrating for you trying to cram everything into one world! 😓 Personally, I'd rather have access to many different worlds even with loading screens that to have just one world that was open. I know some will disagree with me on that, but it is nice to know that some people appreciate this feature in the Sims 4! 🥰
- simsplayer8182 years agoHero@PugLove888 I agree. I love the different worlds especially as I missed out on different worlds and most themes with Sims 2 then Sims 3 as with each I started out on PC but then I moved to console. The only new Sims 3 themes I got were Castaway and Pets. So it's really awesome to have all these new worlds now and while they are all different you can see how some fit next to each other.
I'm also surprised by how fascinated I am with Moonwood Mill and Forgotten Hollow after protesting for so long that I would be too much of a scaredy cat to add them!
I think that's why I loved Bustin Out so much as you'd travel to very different homes and towns to complete tasks and achievements.
Luckily the Xbox series X has faster loading screens for all the zipping around that my Sims do.- PugLove8882 years agoHero (Retired)
@LennyOgg your Oasis Springs sunset picture is absolutely stunning! 😍
@simsplayer818 I was mildly upset with not being able to travel between worlds in TS2 (mostly because I wanted to reunite Bella Goth with her family), but Sims 2 had such amazing gameplay that I didn't mind too much. With TS3, it was such a letdown after TS2 that I noticed the inability to visit another world more than I did with TS2. TS2 distracted me enough so I didn't mind! At least there was always the vacation places to sometimes visit, as I did really enjoy TS3's World Adventures!
I loved Butstin' Out! I remember playing every job and location, and I insisted on having 2 children for every location, with names themed to each location! I also loved how they did the loading screens in that game where it would show your Sim driving either a scooter or a car and it looked like they were actually traveling, but it was just scenery whizzing by like in a cartoon that repeats the background when the characters are running! 🤣
I am so happy you are enjoying Forgotten Hollow and Moonwood Mill! 🥳 Forgotten Hollow is very small, but it has a wonderful atmosphere, and it really feels like it could be a secret location!
Moonwood Mill is just beautiful! I love that Maxis reached out to Sims players/content creators like James Turner for the builds in this world! 😀
