My Doctor sim is on level 3. Every single day he gets to work there are patients in the exam room but when I click on them everything I am supposed to do is greyed out because they were already seen by another doctor. So then I have to WAIT until new patients show up which is a total waste of time. And time is of an essence with get to work. Another Annoying thing is when I am helping a patient, if I go to analyze samples, by the time I get back to the patient there's another doctor talking to them which means I am unable to work on that patient until the other sim gtfo of way. This game is so buggy and it looks has been for years. I just recently installed TS4. My Sims wife is also a doctor and on level 10. I didn't have this problem with her. :#
