Doctor Career Question
Has anyone played the doctor career WITHOUT ever going with your sim to the hospital - like treating it as a rabbit hole. Will your sim still advance and get a raise the same ?

- No. The requirements for promotion are to diagnose and treat patients which absolutely require active attendance at work. It progresses to specifics like surgery and delivering a baby...

You can send them by themselves in between. Work performance will increase and they will get paid. They just won’t get promotions.
