I can never get the right illness when playing. Is there a trick or signs that can help? or even a site that has them listed with the signs?

But you should run as many test as you can on the patient so the diagnosis options can soon be shorted. I used mainly online guides from carlsims, just see what symptoms they are showing and it should help you pinpoint it.
