Does anyone else think the maid is pointless now?

Does anyone else think that maids are pointless in the sims 4? I don't know about your experience with them but I find that they rarely show up, they don't put leftovers in the fridge, they walk in on...

Kaylynn Langerak was more of a whore than actually a maid. At least in my TS2 houses. http://www.freesmileys.org/smileys/smiley-laughing013.gif
