Does anyone else think the maid is pointless now?

Yes, they are useless in this game. Certainly an unnecessary expense. The Sims make their own beds automatically (although I've never had a Sim with the Slob trait, as yet to see if it's any different) and it's far too easy to clean up after them (as the player). Repo man doesn't come, either. So, if you don't have the Simoleons to pay the maid, I doubt there would be any 'real' retribution. I always thought it funny that a maid might take the toilet as payment. :open_mouth:
