Honestly, I think it’s a lot about how you dress them and what you make them do. I always put my teens in more “teenagery” clothes and hair, like that sundress Zoe Patel wears, pigtails, colourful t-shirts and such. I also make them do things that make them feel more like teenagers like be on their phones a lot, stay up late on their computers, sleep in, fight with their siblings, have lots of drama with friends and so on. If you don’t have parenthood and are thinking about getting it, it’s a great pack for teenagers and adds a lot of fun stuff to do with them. Comes with acne too!
I honestly like that teenagers can do more of the same stuff that adults can do and share the same wardrobe options. It’s possible to play storylines where teens have to grow up early and be very responsible. Also, I hated the clothes for teens in sims 3 and thought it was ridiculous that I needed to get the same dress twice from the store if I wanted it for both teens and adults.
