Does anyone still play completely vanilla? (PC/MAC Players)

I've always been curious if anyone else playing vanilla? Have you always played this way or do you go back and forth with Mods and cc from time to time? What do you do to make your vanilla game fun? ...

I am, since the beginning. I play on Mac & I play vanilla by choice. Though I understand there’s a few limitations when playing vanilla, I want to believe that by playing vanilla, I can either be creative on my workaround or be able to justify my issues with the developers whenever there’s certain issues with certain features.
