Does anyone still play completely vanilla? (PC/MAC Players)

I've always been curious if anyone else playing vanilla? Have you always played this way or do you go back and forth with Mods and cc from time to time? What do you do to make your vanilla game fun? ...

MCCC was definitely my gateway mod. I swore that I was going to stay vanilla with Sims 4, but then I installed MCCC. It was all downhill from there. :D
