Does anyone still play completely vanilla? (PC/MAC Players)

I've always been curious if anyone else playing vanilla? Have you always played this way or do you go back and forth with Mods and cc from time to time? What do you do to make your vanilla game fun? ...

I play vanilla. I have used MCCC in the past, but only briefly to change the appearance of a baby after ageing up. I have also used pose player, but again only briefly for screenshots. I just personally prefer to play with official content.
