Does anyone still play completely vanilla? (PC/MAC Players)

I've always been curious if anyone else playing vanilla? Have you always played this way or do you go back and forth with Mods and cc from time to time? What do you do to make your vanilla game fun? ...

I used to be completely vanilla when I thought keeping up with mod updates was a hassle, after using mods for some time it's really not too difficult to keep up with mod updates. I only use mods to improve vanilla features tho, rarely do I add mods that add a new feature.
