Does it commonly happen that other doctor diagnose patients in everyday clothes?

My doctor didn't need to examine to find the illness for her. The doctor in light blue shirt is my another played sim. He is on top level in doctor career. Also white haired doctor is a top level in doctor career too. When I get into the clinic with the light blue shirt guy for a work, this white haired guy always show up at the work as an Assistant and work at the front desk. I currently have 3 played doctor sims in total in my game. I got this case 5 times so far which is very helpful. :)
