The house is fine for the most part, but i'd change the roof tiles to match the nearby arch roofs, i'd slightly adjust the house roof to bend inward slightly and yes, the fence should be changed to something similar to the area. after that, it would be fine.
However as it is, it really doesn't stand out that much as the nearby arches are a bit overpowering that sort of takes your eye of the house somewhat.
