Here's what I put there. It's residential but formal enough to fit. It's in my game where I play with premades from the first two sims games. I didn't build it.. but it's the Goth senior house remade.

Other builds would work but they need height or a style that's strong enough to hold up to the surroundings.
I think the build you are working with is lovely by the way. I just don't think it fits the area... it did fit better than I thought from looking at the other thread though.
Maybe remove the wooden fence and have that merge in more with the look surrounding it?
