Does sims 4 have badges like sims 3?

I wonder how I can vary my gameplay for the base game until I get some extra packs at a sale.

The only badges available in the game are the scouting badges earned for participating in scouting. Scouting is available if you have the Seasons expansion pack.

I noticed that I become an introvert after 24 hours of inactivity. That is under achievements. How do I access achievements in the sims 4?

Achievements work differently for the PC version of the game. It's tied to save file, not the account. However if you're playing on console then it is tied to the account.
