When I had TS3 I had every expansion and stuff pack on a normal laptop. It was extremely laggy for me and eventually unplayable. I have a gaming PC now and TS4 runs sooooo smoothly and barely any time in loading screens. Before I got my PC though the games were starting to run slowly on my laptop. But it was very ancient and not a gaming laptop.
