I think it's slower than your full on gym though.
For what it's worth, once I thought my Sim was fat and she was actually pregnant. When she dropped the sprog (to my surprise) she was really fit.
Yeah but what I noticed after they get close half of YA age bar they start to gain weight? And especially after having a kid..
Although my sims gained more weight than they should they avoiding high calorie and eating healthy food 90% of the time..other times are normal food like spaghetti
Also they're active and swim around every day so they definitely need to tune this cuz it seems swimming alot doesn't help weight at all
