Does swimming around help lose weight?
My sims Living in off the grid lot and trying natural ways to lose weight that accumulating fastly (even though they eat healthy) but swimming around doesn't seem to help to lose weight? I tried...

One of my restaurants serves Taste of Diet icecream flavour. It gets sims to lose weight gradually, that is, depending on how fat the sim is they may need to eat it a few times in order to lose all the weight.
