Random outfits in festivals, the Magic Realm, grand balls, weddings and other places just adds to my frustration, constantly. I love to design Sims and I choose their outfits carefully, with color palettes, styles and patterns that fit the Sim's intended personality. Random outfits just bork that all up
I also hate to see random outfits that completely ruin the look of sims I care about. I can only recommend 'situationsoutfitsbegone by sims4me/Bienchen. It's such a relief to enter the magic realm without my sims being dressed completely against their character. Not sure about grand balls because I don't think she is buying recent packs but she is still updating mods.
I do use the Situation Outfits Begone for the Magic Realm specifically. I don't use the others though because I try to keep my mods to a minimum. She has some great mods, though.
