How easy it is to get rich. I mean, seriously I don't even need a job at this rate. I want my Sims to struggle even a little bit.

No because all the sims' games are the same at giving your sims money, for years when I was playing the sims 1, I didn't know there was a money cheat for a while.
I just use the money cheat to remove money from them and give them a set balance in the sims 4
