Thanks for all the awesome responses and ideas to improve my vampire play.
My favorite types of vampires is the mysterious in the shadows hunter that everyone fears though most don't even believe actually exist. They exist in secretive societies that have no fear of humans but believes it's better to not rile them up and heavily press that belief onto all vampires.
I really should try the idea of keeping "food sources" imprisoned in the basement, and setting up at least one clan. Playing more than one sim at a time has been more of a pain than pleasure the few times I've tried it.
I've never experienced the negative phone calls I've seen mentioned here and in Carl's YouTube videos and I've occasionally played sims that have had pretty negative relationships with most of the townies. Is that due to a pack I don't yet have, or have I inadvertently disabled?
