I hate when people buy a fantasy pack then whine about it not being realistic. If you want only the clothing and furniture then go find a mod with all of it added but not the supernatural mechanics. It's this behavior that makes us into fantasy elements feel EA doesn't put effort cuz the loudest part of fandom is everyone dissing fantasy elements. Now if you buy it expect the spectors to get in your face a lot
I think you only get the supernatural mechanics if you use the Haunted House lot type -- so you can easily just buy it for the B/B and ignore all the ghosties. I wish they'd add a rental option for haunted houses -- I think it would be fun to send a Sim to a haunted house on vacation.
